Manager Workshop 2.0: Coaching Skills for Managers & Supervisors

LCUL is pleased to collaborate with the Mississippi Credit Union Association for this workshop with Rory Rowland, being held at the MSCUA headquarters in Jackson, MS.

This 2 day workshop is designed with Day 1 being a repeat/refresher course of the material that was previously taught at LCUL’s Branch Manager Forum held in Shreveport on June 7th of last year.  The second day of this program is a continuation of that workshop, presenting new information in an Advanced Coaching level.  There are registration options for single day registrations and full 2 day registrations depending on your training needs. 

Come learn from perennial favorite presenter Rory Rowland, how to excel at your leadership and management role. We will discuss how to build a team that works together for common goals. Day One  Coaching Skills for Managers and Supervisors - (If you missed LCUL’s Branch Manager Forum last June in Shreveport, this is your 2nd chance!)

Your Trainer

RoryRory Rowland is the president and founder of Rowland Consulting in Independence, MO dedicated primarily to helping organizations and leaders to reach their full potential. Rory is one of the most popular speakers at state and national conferences and he has spoken before thousands during his 25-year career.  Rory conducts and facilitates sales training and sales coaching for organizations all over the country as well as strategic planning sessions. He has spoken in all 50 States as well as Canada, Mexico and Guam. Rory has a MBA and a BS Degree in Economics.

  • Day Two Aug 29th ONLY (8:30 am – 3:00 pm) - $225 per person 
  • Full 2 day Registration (same person must attend both days) - $398 per person 

If you’re wondering if the dates for this program changed…you are correct.  Due to a unforeseen scheduling conflict, this program is being held one week later than initially published in our planning calendar.  

*For the purposes of the grant application process, food and beverage is valued at $25 per person each day and cannot be deducted from the cost of the program*

Hotel Accommodations 

Participants requiring hotel accommodations should PROVIDE ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE DATES IN THE AREA PROVIDED WHEN REGISTERING.  Accommodations will be provided by the Cabot Lodge Jackson North, 120 Dyess Rd, Ridgeland, MS 39157.  The rate is $91++ per room, per night.
