Meet Your Speakers

Eric Isham is the Founder and CEO of OMNICOMMANDER, the leading financial technology firm specializing in ADA compliant website design, social media and marketing for credit unions. Eric has been in the Financial Technology space for over 20 years where he has specialized in payments, internet banking, core processing, business development and course, website design. He created OMNICOMMANDER to address the gap in website design and social media for credit unions.  

Josh Allison is obsessed with helping leaders and teams reach their full potential in the new and evolving workplace. He is the Founder and Chief Ideator for ThinkCafe. During his decade at Horizon Credit Union, he helped reach over 11,000 youth through award winning business development and outreach programs. In 2014, Josh, a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) was recognized as the CUNA Business Development Professional on the Year and was also peer nominated as a “Credit Union Rockstar” by CUNA in Credit Union Magazine.
